Initial Coin Offering or ICO is a token or coin that is offered to the public via blockchain technology and purchased with various cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin, Ether or Litecoin. These ICOs are being used to scam people as there is no regulation currently BUT There are some GREAT ICOs as well. This video sums up (for me) the “Scam Version” of an ICO.
