We have not seen real capitulation yet, the next bitcoin price drop will be one for the history books! Before we can start our next Bitcoin bull run price needs to drop a lot further. Exchanges and institutions make their money off of retail, without new retail money entering the market they cannot continue to make big profits. So how to do you bring fresh new retail money into the market? You crash the price of bitcoin making it affordable to retail. We are currently in an extended bear market and we could potentially test lows close to our last bottom if not lower. If you are thinking about buying into BTC I would air on the side of caution and be patient to see how low bitcoin goes and wait to see where we bottom out. Only then will I buy into bitcoin long term as I believe then and only then can we start our next bull run.
